Mental Health Counseling
Counseling is a process where the client works with the therapist one on one in a safe setting to try and discover their beliefs, patterns and behaviours that appear to be hindering their current functionality and advancement. This identification is accomplished using a multitude of approaches that appear to best suit the individual owing to their uniqueness.
Remote Sessions
We provide online counselling services in a secure and private setting. All of the sessions are treated with confidentiality.

common questions
Every session is unique and personalised, hence therapy works differently with each individual. It helps you to understand yourself better, get an insight into your feelings, help you to achieve your goals, boost self-confidence, have fulfilling relationships, improve your health and can lead to improvement in all areas of life.
Each session lasts for 50-55 minutes.
The number of recommended sessions vary depending upon the situation. However, one can begin with one session per week.
You can schedule an appointment through our website, by calling OR via WhatsApp. You can find out more about booking an appointment on the contact page.
There are 3 things you should consider to know if your therapist is right for you:
- Safety
- Competence
- Sense of Connection
Safety:
You should be able to be yourself and honest in a session. Your therapist should be able to provide a judgement-free environment where you can think freely and express yourself. Your therapist should be able to meet you where you are in life and assist you in healing and growth without criticising or shaming you.
Competence:
In order to assist you with your needs, your mental health practitioner should have the required skills, competence, and experience.
Sense of connection:
You should like conversing with your counsellor and have a good back-and-forth. Your therapist should also make you feel supported and concerned about your well-being. Your therapist should be someone you look forward to seeing and who you can trust.
It usually takes at least three sessions to begin to see how your therapist can affect your life.
